Terms and Conditions

By placing an order for rental products or services from our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  1. Rental period
    The rental period for our Lego products is four days, with the option to extend for additional days pending availability. Other durations and/or times can be arranged with agreement prior to booking.
  2. Payment
    Full payment for the rental period is required at the time of booking. We accept payment via credit card or PayPal.
  3. Cancellation or rescheduling
    Cancellations or changes to your rental order must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled rental period to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled rental period will not be refunded.
  4. Damage or loss
    You are responsible for the rental products while they are in your possession. If any Lego boxes are lost or damaged, you will be charged a replacement fee at market value, plus an additional administration fee of £250. If you fail to return the rental products within the agreed upon rental period, you will be charged an additional fee.
  5. Delivery and collection
    You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present to receive and sign for the delivery, and collection of the rental products from your chosen address. You may be liable for additional return charges if you do not return your rental on the agreed date.
  6. Delivery delays
    We endeavour to ensure the Lego arrives in plenty of time for your booking date. We use a 24 hour courier and in all cases ship 72 hours before the booking date. This may mean the package may arrive earlier than expected. In some rare cases, there may delays with the courier meaning the package may arrive on or shortly after the booked date. In these instances, we will offer a partial or full refund.
  7. Disclaimer of liability
    thebricklibrary.com is not liable for any injury or damage that may result from the use of the rental products. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the use of the rental products.
